    So it was Wildtrees chili oil and sweet mesquite seasoning from Costco:(

    no dont shorten them! theyre great longer, its a great delicious
    entertaining way to fly through 15 minutes when your unoccupied, then you
    have ideas for dinner later . no shortening. 🙂

    I like to grill chicken at around 300 degrees for the first half to melt
    the fat off. above 350 or so there are a bunch of flare ups. but if you
    grill in the dark .. when you can see the bird it means it is on fire 🙂
