How to Make Custard Pudding (Recipe)
Ingredients for Custard Pudding (serves 4)
– Caramel –
4 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Water
1Β½~2 tbsp Hot Water

– Egg Mixture –
2 Eggs
250ml Milk (8.45 fl oz)
5 tbsp Sugar

130ml Pudding Molds (4.4 fl oz)
Unsalted Butter

    Try reducing the heat of the water when you steam them. Steaming a little
    less on a lower temperature will keep the proteins in the egg from
    solidifying. A lot of times its due to poor calibration on the stove’s
    temperature regulator and the actual peek temperature can be slightly to
    higher than where it ought to be.
