Recipe here: Stephanie Jaworski of demonstrates how to make a Coconut Cream Pie. This Coconut Cream Pie takes a buttery crisp prebaked pastry crust and fills it with a coconut flavored cream. But uh… if you add the coconut to the filling won’t the toasted coconut
    become soggy???

could i make tarts out of this recipe and freeze them til the famiily
picnic until the day of the picnic? Maybe put a can of whipped cream on
the side? With the heat and all they would be nice and cold but the
whipped cream wouldn’t hold up I don’t think. Or do you think I could make
tarts, put dream whip on top and .them and put them out frozen and they
would be thawed by desert time?

Does the coconut you stir into the cream soften up any? Because I have had
coconut cream pie where the coconut doesn’t and I don’t care for this.
